How do I find out when a volunteers' Working With Children check is expiring?

Be Collective's Working With Children/Vulnerable People check feature is currently only available to Australian users.

Open your group management page.

Check Working With Children expiry

1. Open the Members tab

2. Open the Approved tab to view current group members

3. Find the volunteer and click Manage under their name

4. Open the Qualifications tab

The member's current and past checks are shown with:

• Card number

• Region of issue (state/territory)

• Expiry date

A red dot indicates an expired Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check.

Monthly email updates

Each month, you and all other administrators receive an email update (when required) listing members whose Working With Children/Vulnerable People Checks are expiring or have expired.
