How do I manage my group's donation payment settings?

This article shows group managers how to update payment settings for donations made to their group.

If you use Be Collective to take donations for your group, and you'd like to change the way you receive payments — for example, the account donations are paid to — you can do so through Stripe.

Manage donation payment settings

1. Open your group management page

2. Open the Modules tab, then open the donations module (see How do I manage my group's donations?)

3. Expand the Connected to Stripe account section at the top

Your Business name and Statement descriptor from Stripe are shown there.

1. Click Open Stripe Dashboard to manage the Stripe account connected to your Be Collective group

These settings apply to all donations received by your group and any events that take donations.

This will require you to log in using a valid Stripe username and password, which may differ from the details you use to log in to Be Collective.
