How do I redeem social credits I've earned through volunteering?

Congratulations on earning social currency through Be Collective! You can now redeem your credits for rewards provided by the groups you've volunteered with.

Redeem social credits

  1. Open the profile page for the group you've earned credits with (this may be the group you've volunteered with, or an endorser such as your employer or a resource centre)

  2. In the rewards section, click the reward you'd like

  3. In the pop-up, review the details including terms and conditions (some groups will request a phone number or address so they can contact you or post a physical reward)

  4. If you're happy to proceed, click Redeem

The volunteer manager will then be in touch to confirm how you'd like to receive your reward. Enjoy!
