How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

Reset your password

1. On the log in screen, click I forgot my password

2. Enter the email address you used to create your account

3. Click Reset my password — a reset email is sent to that address

4. Open the email and follow the link (check spam/junk if needed). The link expires after 24 hours

If you've remembered your password, click I remember my password to return to the log in screen.

If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk/spam folder. If you don't remember the email you used to create your account, contact help@becollective.com.
