Exporting Custom Fields
This article shows group managers how to export their group's custom fields data in CSV format.
Custom field data exports are available only to Be Collective Pro and Full Platform subscribers. To learn more about Be Collective's subscription plans, please see the Help Centre article linked below: Be Collective's product plans & pricing
The Members export lists all custom fields data for all members of your group, and includes the fields listed in the table below.
All person-specific fields (e.g. name, email) within the Custom fields export are taken from each member's Be Collective profile. These fields are updated automatically if and when a member updates their contact details through their profile page.
For instance, if you export Custom fields on the 1st of each month and a member changes their email address on 14 April, the new email address for that member will be shown on your May export.
Field nameDescription
NameThe full name of the member
EmailThe email address of the member
'Custom field name'All other fields are named to match your configured custom fields, and show any data captured by custom fields for each member.
Why is the Custom fields export option greyed out? The Custom fields option will be greyed out if your group is yet to configure any custom fields. To learn more about configuring custom fields for your group, please see the Help Centre article linked below:
