Exporting members

Be Collective's product plans & pricing

The Members export lists all members of your group, and includes the fields listed in the table below.

All person-specific fields (e.g. name, email, as opposed to membership-specific fields such as join date) within the Members export are taken from each member's Be Collective profile. These fields are updated automatically if and when a member updates their contact details through their profile page.

For instance, if you export Members on the 1st of each month and a member changes their phone number on 14 April, the new phone number for that member will be shown on your May export.

NameThe full name of the member

Member typeThe member type of the member, if selected

Internal hoursThe volunteer hours logged by the member in opportunities your group has created and managed

External hoursThe volunteer hours logged by the member in opportunities created and managed by other groups AND referred by your group, i.e. the volunteer has applied for the other group's opportunity via your group's Be Collective gateway (if applicable)

Endorsed hoursThe volunteer hours logged by the member in opportunities created and managed by other groups AND endorsed by your group

EmailThe email address of the member

PhoneThe phone number of the member

Emergency contact nameThe emergency contact name of the member

Emergency contact numberThe emergency contact phone number of the member

GenderThe gender of the member

Job titleThe job title of the member in regular paid employment (if provided)

CompanyThe company the member is employed by (if provided)

CausesThe causes the member supports (if selected)

SkillsThe member's skills (if selected)

LocationThe location of the member (suburb/town/city)

QualificationsThe member's qualifications, certifications and licences (if provided - qualification names only)

CreditsThe credits earned by the member against your volunteer opportunities

Join dateThe date the member joined your group

form.XXXAny fields prefixed 'form.' show any data captured in the fields you've added to your group application form (Group application forms are only available to Be Collective Pro Plan users).
