How do I create a group?

Before you start

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must have MFA enabled in Settings. Without it, management features stay locked.

Create a group

1. In the left sidebar, open Manage my groups, then click Add group.

2. Complete the four-step wizard: General → Appearance → Details → Applications.

3. Use Save and continue to move through each step.

Notes

• Your group is created after the first step (General), not at the end. You can leave and finish the rest later.

• If Group type is Business, you will also need Industry/Sector.

• When you finish, the Manage plan panel may open. Choosing a paid plan is optional — new groups start on the default plan.
