How do I subscribe to a Be Collective plan?

This article shows group managers how to subscribe to a Be Collective Plus, Pro or Full Platform plan for their group.

Subscribing to Be Collective

New groups start on the default (Starter) plan. Creating a group does not force you to pick a paid plan in the wizard.

To upgrade later

  1. Open your group management page

  2. Open the more menu (⋮), then choose Manage plan

  3. Click Upgrade or change plan

  4. Select a plan (monthly or yearly)

  5. Continue to Stripe checkout to pay

Be Collective offers the following subscription plans:

  • Starter — free tier for volunteer management essentials, such as opportunity creation and scheduling & rostering
  • Plus — intermediate tier with more advanced features such as custom application forms and restricted access to reporting, member types and document management
  • Pro — higher tier with events, reward and recognition, custom application forms, reporting, member types and document management, licence and qualification tracking, CSV data exports
  • Full Platform — highest tier with unrestricted access to advanced features, including custom fields, CSV exports, hierarchy management, Analytics hub and advanced reporting, website integration/Impact Portal, tailored training and strategic support

Add-ons and Booster Bundles

All Be Collective plans (Starter, Plus and Pro) offer paid add-ons. Add-ons include features such as additional administrators, events, private opportunities, flexible scheduling and advanced reporting tools.

Booster Bundles are pre-set feature packs that unlock commonly paired tools.

I'm using Be Collective to search for volunteer opportunities – do I need a subscription?

No – subscriptions apply only to Be Collective's volunteer management features. If you use Be Collective as an individual, your free account gives you all the access you need.

After payment

You are redirected to your group management page. The paid plan begins when Stripe payment succeeds.
