I've lost my invitation to join Be Collective – what do I do?

To resend an invitation to yourself, first open the Be Collective sign-up page for your region as if you're creating a brand new account.

Request a new invitation

1. Open the Be Collective sign-up page for your region

2. Enter your email address in the email field

3. If this matches the address used on the invitation, click Find out more when the message appears

4. In the pop-up explaining that your email was used in a previous invitation, click Resend invitation

5. Complete your registration following the steps in I've been invited to join Be Collective – what do I do next?

I haven't been invited - what do I do next? If the Find out more link and text doesn't appear, you either haven't been invited or you have been invited but with a different email address. From here, you can either try entering another email address you own to see if it matches, or you can register for Be Collective as a brand new user.

I'm a group manager – how do I resend an invitation to a member that hasn't been accepted? If you'd like to resend an invitation, simply follow the steps shown above as if you're the volunteer retrieving a lost invitation, using the volunteer's email address.
