How can I use Be Collective to measure the social impact of volunteering?
All groups can access Reporting from the group management navigation bar. On the Starter plan, Summary reporting is available with the date range locked to the last 90 days. Key insights and Analytics hub reporting are available on Plus, Pro, and Full Platform plans.

Be Collective has been designed not only for connecting volunteers and volunteer-involving organisations (VIOs) – it can also be used by government organisations to measure the broader impacts of volunteering locally and nationally.
The first step is to build connections with VIOs in your area or jurisdiction. Doing so is easy – all that's required is to contact each organisation you wish to partner with, and asking them to request a partnership with you.
By receiving requests rather than making them, you can not only save time, you can also then opt in to automatic sharing of partners' volunteering opportunities if you wish.
Once you've built a network of partner organisations, you can then use Be Collective's reporting functionality to measure volunteer activity and other metrics, such as causes and demographics, across your network.
To access your reports, simply click on the Reporting tab in the navigation bar of your group management page.
