How do I connect with Volunteer-Involving Organisations (VIOs)?
If you're a Volunteer Resource Centre, promoting worthwhile opportunities in your local area is a high priority, and doing so through Be Collective is easy.
First, partner with the organisations whose opportunities you wish to share. Partnerships can be made in either direction — you can partner with community organisations or they can request partnerships with you.
Request partnerships
If you plan to request partnerships, follow the steps in How do I partner with another organisation?.
If you prefer to receive partnership requests, direct organisations to your public Be Collective group profile, where they can follow the same process to request a partnership with you.
Review incoming requests
You'll receive a notification with each new partnership request you receive.
Click the notification, or open the Partnerships tab in the navigation bar of your group management page
Open the Pending tab of the partnerships table
Click View request next to the group's name
Why can't I see a View request link? The View request link is shown only for incoming partnership requests requiring your action. Where this link is not shown, the partnership request was made by you and is awaiting a response from the group you sent the request to.
