How do I manage a fundraiser as an individual?
This article shows individual users how to manage fundraisers.
If you're supporting the fundraising efforts of a Be Collective group through a fundraiser on your personal profile, you can manage this fundraiser through My dashboard.
Manage your fundraiser
- Open My dashboard
- Click the Fundraising tab
All fundraisers you've shared through your personal profile are listed here.
Start or stop a fundraiser
- If a fundraiser is active, click the red Stop button to remove it from your personal profile
- If a fundraiser is inactive, click the green Start button to return it to your personal profile
Fundraisers can be started and stopped at any time.
Edit fundraiser details
- Click the pencil icon next to the Start/Stop button
- Edit your fundraiser details in the pop-up
Can I change which profile I fundraise from? No — once a fundraiser has been started, it must remain on the profile you selected when creating the fundraiser. To fundraise using another profile such as a group, start a new fundraiser using that profile.
View donations
Click the chevron next to the fundraiser name to expand the row and show donations made through the fundraiser.
