How do I use Be Collective for reporting?

All groups can access Reporting. Be Collective Starter groups see Summary reporting with a 90-day locked date range. Plus, Pro and Full Platform subscribers get additional reporting features.

Open reporting

  1. Open your group management page
  2. Click the Reporting tab in the navigation bar

The Summary sub-tab opens by default. Here you can see an at-a-glance overview of volunteers engaged, volunteer hours logged, and the social impact value of your volunteer activity.

The social impact value is a monetary amount based on research by government bodies and national volunteering organisations. The basis for the calculation varies by country and is updated regularly when new research becomes available. To see the current calculation, hover over the (i) next to the Social Impact Value heading.

Key insights (Plus, Pro and Full Platform)

If your group is a Be Collective Pro or Full Platform subscriber, you also have access to Key insights reporting, showing the causes and demographics of your volunteer base:

  1. Open the Reporting tab
  2. Click the Key insights sub-tab

Export data (Pro and Full Platform)

You can also export your organisation's data to a CSV file, which can be opened offline using any spreadsheet program.

Analytics hub (Full Platform only)
