Be Collective's product plans & pricing

Be Collective is free for volunteers and for organisations on our Starter plan. Some features are only available on Plus, Pro, and Full Platform. Starter, Plus, and Pro also offer paid add-ons so you can tailor the platform to your needs.

Plans at a glance

  • Starter — free core tools for smaller groups: post opportunities, build membership, schedule and roster volunteers, and use partnerships & endorsements.

  • Plus — entry paid plan with extra administrators, documents, member data tools, Summary and Key insights reporting, and more.

  • Pro — advanced volunteer management: events, licence & qualification tracking, rewards, custom fields, CSV exports, and up to five administrators.

  • Full Platform — maximum flexibility and scale: unlimited administrators, Analytics Hub / advanced reporting, subgroups, website integration / Impact Portal, SSO, and tailored support.

Add-ons and Booster Bundles

Starter, Plus, and Pro offer paid add-ons so you can unlock specific tools without changing your whole plan. Examples include additional administrators, events, private opportunities, and other optional features shown on the pricing page.

Booster Bundles are pre-set feature packs. Instead of adding features one by one, you can choose a bundle of commonly paired tools — useful if your group is growing or wants to streamline a particular part of volunteer management.

My group is eligible for a discounted subscription rate — how do I claim it?

If you're a community group, charity/NFP, or education provider, select the appropriate group type when creating your group. Your discounted rate is then applied automatically to your Be Collective Plus subscription.

How do I subscribe to a Be Collective plan?

New groups start on the default Starter plan. After your group exists, open the group more menu (⋮) → Manage plan → Upgrade or change plan. Creating a group does not force plan selection in the wizard.
